Prime Box in a JV with Cedar Invest have acquired a vacant warehouse which will be repositioned to provide a modernised 80,000 sq ft logistics facility.

Backed by the Legal & General Industrial Property Development Fund, Prime Box is bringing forward circa 70,000 sq ft of new industrial and roadside accommodation in Birmingham.

PRIME POINT, ASTON, BIRMINGHAM

Prime Box funded by a Private Investor, have secured planning consent for the refurbishment of Prime Point, Aston Birmingham. The refurbishment works are underway with completion of the urban logistics unit set for May 2024.

Directors Toby Clowes and Richard Lord have over 30 years of experience adding value to owners, occupiers and investors, each bringing different skillsets to Prime Box.

Prime Box is opportunity led with the ability to be flexible in its approach given its various funding sources from Private Equity, Institutions, Property Companies and Family Offices.

We decided to name our company Prime Box because the word ‘prime’ represents exactly our operational proposition; to deliver the best quality and be actively primed for successful business collaboration.

What we do

Prime Box is a property development business with a focus on the logistics/industrial and roadside sectors. Development is carried out on a design and build or speculative basis for both the freehold and leasehold market.

Prime Box also has the expertise and ability to carry out the role of Development Manager for property owners.
