Toby started his career at retail advisory business Chase & Partners where he qualified as a chartered surveyor. He subsequently joined Parlison Properties and then Arland Property, whose focus was development management of large complex schemes nationwide and direct development.

Toby has detailed knowledge of the property development process from inception to completion, gained through multiple projects in various sectors but primarily the industrial and logistics markets. Projects were carried out with reputable funding partners.
